She is a licensed physiotherapist (BSc PT), a physical health educator (BA PE), a sponsored Reebok fitness athlete, and a professional speaker. Mo is a popular fitness columnist and freelance writer, regular contributor to the Huffington Post this past year, and the author of a number of journal articles and books.
